Advanced Buildings started more than 20 years ago. Their focus is on providing expert building and restorations services in NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
I started working with the then General Manager in 2016. My brief was to work as their freelance marketing advisor providing marketing and copywriting support.
Advanced Buildings thought it was time for a change after 20 years in business.
My services:
- Branding – I tendered for and then briefed a brand designer on coming up with their new logo.
- Website copywriting – I also briefed NZ-based web designers on the total redesign of their website – and wrote all the original copy. I also worked with the company’s Human Resource Manager to create a Careers Page on the website, once again, briefing the web designers. I regularly write staff profiles for the website.
- Email newsletter – I coordinated the company’s quarterly B2B newsletter. The newsletter was sent to their insurance industry clients and partners. Publishing the newsletter usually required a quick turnaround. It typically included 4-6 articles which require writing and polishing. I also set-up the newsletter in MailChimp – then pressed send!
- Blog writing – I liaised with staff to write-up engaging case studies for publication on their website.
- Ebook copywriting
- Social media management – I set-up the company’s Linkedin and Facebook pages including header design, writing the copy and posting regularly.
