The Oval Physiotherapy

Joel and Erica Werman have managed The Oval Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre for 25 years.

In fact, I’m a patient and so are half my friends and family. They’re such nice people and healthcare professionals who know really know their stuff.

They’re a busy physiotherapy practice in North Sydney, but they’d put having a website in the ‘too hard’ basket. They felt they needed one to make it easier for both patients and other medical professionals to find them online. They wanted to keep it simple, so we discussed what they had in mind and then came up with a simple website they were happy with.

My services:

• Website copywriting – Joel and Erica asked me to help them write their website content – including writing staff profiles. As part of the process, I did keyword research and wrote SEO- friendly page titles and meta descriptions.
• Briefed the website design – I also recommended Simone Meskauskas at lucy & monty design for the website design. It was a great process and Joel and Erica were very pleased with the outcome.

Denise helped me by really listening to what my business was about and what I stood for.

She was able to get my message across in language that was appropriate to our target market.

One thing I liked was the way that she understood the process of developing written content that will aid my business in terms of the whole complicated area of search engine optimization with Google.
